[CUCBC Captains] Xmas head entries close in less than a week

Dear All,

For those of you that haven't already seen the Draw and marshaling times
for the race is now available on the website (
http://ebc.soc.srcf.net/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=64&Itemid=64)
just click on the appropriate division tab.
Live results will also be posted here on race day.

Tomorrow morning one member from each college will be required to collect
race numbers, Emma cocktail tickets and doughnuts from Emmanuel Boat House
between 9.30am and 10.30am.

Please be aware that unless outstanding money for race entries or Emma
cocktails is paid before tomorrow (to Matthew Naish's pigeon hole in Emma)
or handed in on the day you will not be able to collect race
numbers/tickets.


Cheques will be cashed upon completion of the event. In the event of a race
cancellation
within the first division cheques will not be cashed. In the event of
cancellation within a later
division cheques will be cashed for clubs that have raced and refunds
issued for boats that
have not raced. Please check the website for the status of the race before
boating.

It is also highly recommended that at least one person from each crew
(preferably cox and coach)
has read the race regulations and instructions before boating (attached).
