Captains are reminded that by default, to be eligible to compete in CUCBC
competitions, rowers and coxes must be in statu pupillare (as undergraduates
or postgraduates up until the end of the term in which their final viva is
held) at the college in question.

Fellows of colleges may row in the 2nd boat downwards and must be declared
as a fellow in the appropriate field when submitting a crew list on the
entry system.

All others are considered to be exceptional rowers and permission must be
sought from the CUCBC Executive Committee. This is done via the Bumps Entry
System - mark the rowers as exceptional in the crew list and provide full
details in the field at the bottom of the crew list form - this will then be
reviewed and permission granted if appropriate.

If you have any questions or are in doubt about the eligibility of any of
your rowers or coxes, please e-mail the committee (committee at cucbc.org) with
full details of their status.

Kind regards,
Dan
