Conditions this year are likely to lead to a very high stream, as a
result no crew will be allowed to race unless they have 2 or more people
in their bank party and the bank party is equipped with a throw line.

As usual we also remind crews of the following:
      * Crews failing to use lights in reduced visibility or after
        lighting up will be disqualified.
      * Crews should carry plenty of warm kit and put it on immediately
        after pulling in as you are likely to have to wait around in the
        finish marshalling area for quite a while.
