Dear all,

I'm sorry to have to pass on the sad news that Richard Hamersley, CUCBC 
Chairman, passed away at home over the Easter weekend. I'm afraid that I 
have no further details at this stage, but our sympathies are with his 
family and those close to him.

For those of you who knew Richard personally, I am indeed sorry to be the 
bearer of such unexpected bad tidings. Although Richard has only held the 
role of Chair for a relatively brief time his loss shall be far from 
unnoticed.
