[CUCBC Captains] River closures this weekend

Dear Captains,

Some updated river closure times for Spring H2H and City Sprints,
based on what I've just been told by the organisers...

Sat: Until 15:30
Sun: Until 17:30

The main news is that you can row on Sunday evening.

Also a reminder that City Sprints is outside the boathouses, and as
always just to check that racing has actually finished if you're
intending to boat soon after it.
