[CUCBC Captains] New Rule

Dear All,

This is a reminder that the new rule introduced at the Captains' Meeting
will be taking effect starting tomorrow (Monday, 25th) morning.  The rule
reads:

*"That for the 10 minutes following lighting down, no boat will be permitted
to be on the water, save for college first VIII's and university crews."*

Also, the minutes of the previous captains' meeting are now on the CUCBC
website and can be found at <http://www.cucbc.org/minutes>.
