[CUCBC Captains] Change to Marshalling for M3

Please note there will be a change to the marshalling arrangements for the M3 division from tomorrow (Wednesday).

M3 will now marshall at Chesterton (not on the Reach).

All other divisions are unchanged (i.e. M4 still marshall at the start, W3 on the Reach, all others at Chesterton).

Please remember that you must be marshalled (i.e. actually pulled in) at least 40 minutes before the start time of your division - PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE!
