[CUCBC Captains] Vortex edge blades

[Safety Advisor]

Dear all
              Having looked into the safety implications of these blades on
the Cam and having talked the various points over it is my recommendation
that the ban should remain in effect. I will continue to seek advice and
monitor any developments with theses blades. I will also be
carefully looking at the University crews that already have these blades and
will be speaking to the various parties to ensure that any risk will be
minimised.
