[CUCBC Captains] Umpiring the Small Boats Regatta 2010

Since I have had no response to my call for umpires, I'm going to have to 
ask for clubs to provide marshals in proportion to the number of crews they 
have entered. If you will find it easier to provide marshals at some times 
than others, please let me know.
