[CUCBC Captains] Club information forms

Dear Captains,

Please could you all ensure that your Club Information Forms are up to date.

To check:
- Login to www.cucbc.org
- Go to www.cucbc.org/clubs/me
- Click "Edit" and update the form as necessary

Completing this form satisfies the requirements made by Article 4 of the CUCBC 
Constitution and Rule 1(d)i-ii of the Rules of the River.

However, please note that rule 1(d)i results in any club failing to submit insurance 
policy information by the start of term being banned from using the river.
