[CUCBC Captains] Two Boat Rule, Captains' Meeting Minutes

Dear Captains,

There seems to be some general confusion about rule 8 of the Rules of the
River, regarding each club only being allowed 2 boats in the morning hours.
I want to emphasise that this rule is *NOT* in effect, and will only come
into effect when decided by the committee that morning traffic has become
too chaotic.  When this happens, you will receive some sort of e-mail notice
(usually around week 4/5, but depends on traffic).

Also, the minutes of the last captains' meeting are not on the CUCBC website
under the minutes tab.
