Dear , 
as part of an ongoing collaboration in sports medicine research at the University  of Cambridge , we are conducting a nationwide survey for sports coaches and competitive athletes in order to understand how lactate testing is used in endurance sports training. 
We would like to invite you to participate in the survey. Your input will directly help shape the future of innovations in sports science. 
We would be grateful if you could complete the survey by following the link below. The survey will only take approximately 3 minutes to complete. In return for completing the survey, we would be happy to share our research findings with you. 

In addition all athletes participating in the survey and all coaches who participate and forward the survey to their athletes can participate in our lucky draw to win the latest model of the iPod or iPod Shuffle. The prize winners will be announced on 10th December 2009.
