[CUCBC Captains] Getting-On Race - details and river closure

Dear Captains,

I'm sorry that the river closure arrangements for this Sunday are
still "to be confirmed".  99s have yet to reply to my request for
regatta times, and as such I have no idea of the arrangements, and how
long the regatta will last.  If rowing through the regatta is possible
it will have to be restricted to first crews and crews in the top two
divisions of Bumps (i.e. those that can go out in evening hours) to
keep the number of crews reasonable (not to mention that those are the
only crews permitted to row below Baitsbite).  I will obviously
confirm arrangements as soon as I can.
