[CUCBC Captains] 'exceptional' rowers, town rowing, and eligiblity

A reminder that Friday is the deadline for payment of last term's bill and
Mays entry fees, and for enrry of crews on both the CUCBC and Bumps
Programme websites.

Please also let me know asap if you need a supply of programmes for sale at
club marquees etc in Bumps week.  These are supplied on a SoR basis and at a
discount price.
