Dear All,

If your boat club committee is changing at the end of the academic year
please read the following carefully and pass this email on to your
successors:


1) HANDOVER PASSWORDS

If you are leaving your role of overall/men's/women's captain then please
make sure your successor has your username and passwords for the CUCBC.org
website and your CUCBC email account.  Full details can be found at the
following address:

http://www.cucbc.org/info/captains/accounts

Please note that captains without passwords can't enter their crews in CUCBC
events.


2) UPDATE CLUB INFORMATION FORMS

Once logged into the CUCBC.org website please ensure your Club Information
Form is up to date.  Please note that clubs who fail to update this prior to
the deadline early next term face training/racing bans as per the Rules of
the River.  You can access your form at the following address:

3) INFORMATION FOR COMMITTEES

Please ensure your new committees are aware of the information provided for
boat club officers on the CUCBC website:
