[CUCBC Captains] Reminders

A couple of reminders:
- Early Morning Marshalling starts on Tuesday - please ensure you're
aware of your slots (especially Jesus, King's and Emma)
- the flag will resume on Tuesday - if you're planning to go on the
water tomorrow then please make a decision based on the conditions as
the forecast is poor.

You should also have received an agenda for tomorrow's meeting -
please let me know if you haven't.
