[CUCBC Captains] Weekend rowing for the rest of term

Dear Captains,

Rule 6a is in force for the rest of term and, as such, college crews
are restricted to rowing all day on Saturdays and not at all on
Sundays.  This includes next weekend (in case anyone is seriously
considering an extra outing!), and is the normal practice for this
part of Lent Term.

Vacation rowing restrictions will be announced later in term, but
please let us get Bumps out of the way first!
