[CUCBC Captains] Extraordinary CUCBC Meeting

Dear all,

The Cam is currently unsuitable for rowing, as you no doubt know.  We
are in communication with the Conservators and it is possible this
situation could continue for at least another day or two.  All sluices
are currently fully open and this produces a much higher potential for
hazards to float downstream. Under Rule 14, college crews are
currently prohibited from training off-Cam, and we are required to
have an Extraordinary CUCBC Meeting to discuss whether or not this
should be permitted.  (Note this does not apply to racing off-Cam.)
Since this would be the only item on the agenda, the Executive
Committee is proposing to hold an online vote on this matter tomorrow
(details to be announced), for simplicity.

If Captains have problems with these arrangements then they should
contact Ian Thompson and myself as soon as possible.
