[CUCBC Captains] Confirmed change of date for upcoming Small Boats Head

Dear all,
I am writing to inform you that I have now received confirmation from Nick
Hubble (Regional Umpire Commission Chairman) that the Small Boats Head can
be run on the 26th September rather than the previously advertised date of
3rd October. The updated information is available on the Rob Roy website and
I will be writing to the main rowing calendars to ensure that they are
informed of the date change. I will making the necessary arrangements for
access to the river and marshaling gear etc. over the next couple of weeks.
The Autumn Head Race will go ahead on 17th October as expected.
