[CUCBC Captains] Handbook and Fines

Dear All,

Copies of the Handbook will go to those clubs that have requested them this
week.  Where a boatman is employed by more than one college (e.g. Tim
Rhodes) I will send only one copy, unless asked for another.

I have had a rather hectic two weeks at College and so am running behind on
dealing with appeals.  All appeals that I have received have been logged and
will be dealt with this week.  Thank you for your patience.
