Dear Captains,

I would like to let you know that CUCBC will be monitoring the effect
of this rule on an ongoing basis from Tuesday, and particularly after
term finishes. We will *not* be looking at specific clubs and saying
(for example) "Club X has only been sending out one crew per morning
on average so we should only give them one slot in future" - we
strongly encourage you not to use the early morning period if at all
possible.

The main enforcement of the rule will be by Early Morning Marshals so
please make sure all marshals are competent and not new to rowing in
Cambridge. Homerton, Queens', Newnham and Pembroke must in particular
make sure their marshals are up-to-date with the rule change for
Tuesday and Wednesday mornings when there will be the most queries.

Thanks,

Thomas
CUCBC Secretary
