Dear All,

A number of people have asked for some guidance on how to respond to the
Conservators Mooring review Document.  I'm attaching the summary page from a
larger paper that Pete Convey has written in the hope that this might be
helpful.  Pete's paper will be submitted as from CUCBC and CRA, but the more
submissions that are made to the Conservators on this issue, the better.
Please remember that the deadline for responses is 14 March.
