Well all over for another year and an almost perfectly smooth day to end.
Notes and fined detailed below...appeals within 48 hours to myself and Ian
Thompson please.  Congrats to FaT on another double.

NOTES

Runners count as bankparty too and are equally likely to get in the way.
Mays brings ten times the number of spectators...keep it in mind...

Magdalene M3 - Celebration before clearing: £20
Peterhouse M2 - Excessive bank party: £15
FaT - Offsetting your carbon footprint from boat-burning: £10,000
