[CUCBC Captains] Lents - Exceptional Rowers

As well as being the deadline for entries, Friday is also the deadline for
requesting permission for exceptional rowers to compete in Lents (Fellows,
staff members, odd types of visiting students etc.).  Only a few requests
have been received to date.  If you're hoping to use anyone who does not fit
the normal student category, pease submit your requests by Friday.
