[CUCBC Captains] Notes and Fines - Tuesday

A reminder that if any of your Masters, Bursars, Fellows who are not your ST
want to cycle on the towpath this week they will need a VIP Bank Pass to do
so.  These can be collected *by them* from the control desk.  They simply
need to identify themselves to the SU there and a pass will be issued.  You
should make sure that they know, however, that your 4 cyclist per boat
allowance during the race *includes* any VIPs and that the maximum number of
cyclists permitted with your boats at anytime is four.
