See the below from FaT.  It is important to note that this does not mean you
can whack a FaT cox into the Bumps now the entry has closed, but it is
useful to know if you can't make an outing because your cox is away/ill.

At trinity we currently have two spare coxes, competent ex-novices. I
wondered if you'd heard from any colleges looking for a cox – we tried
Wolfson as they have a shortage but as its past the final bumps crews
deadline they aren't allowed to borrow a cox. If you hear of anyone in need
of a cox for some casual outings or training in the rest of this term it'd
be great if you could get them in touch. It's a shame to lose them when
they're so keen.
