Dear all,

Pretty breezy plus some narrowboat action...but very smooth bumping
otherwise!  Notes and Fines detailed below...please email any appeals to
both Ian Thompson and myself within 48 hours of this email.

NOTES

We are going to get a larger number on the towpath tomorrow, students and
public alike.  Be careful on the bikes and also be careful with the
language...

FINES

Caius W1 - Dropped bung: £15
Christ's M1 - Celebration before clearing: £20
Darwin - No marshal: £15
Girton M2 - Foul and abusive language: £30
Magdalene W2 - Failure to clear: £20
Newnham W2 - Failure to clear: £20
Sidney Sussex M2 - Foul and very abusive language: £50
Sidney Sussex W2 - Dropped bung: £15
