Dear Captains,

I've attached the manifesto of Sarah Allen, who's standing for Hon Sec. The
elections take place on Monday evening at 7.30 at Goldie, and all Women's
Boat Club Captains are eligible to vote.

Proxy votes must be with me by midnight tomorrow.
